Your users' users
Why our product philosophy starts with the buyer. Most platforms only think about their direct user. That misses half the product.
Most platforms turn A2P 10DLC into a 20-step form. Covent compresses the user side to seconds and is honest about what the carriers still control.
A2P 10DLC registration usually shows up as a 20-step form with 50 fields and dense legal language. That is not a carrier requirement. It is a product choice. Covent treats the submission as what it actually is: who you are, what the business is, what you plan to send.
A2P 10DLC is about texting on US carriers. Nothing else is gated.
Most of the outreach workflow does not need to wait on approval.
With a valid LLC, the user-facing flow is a short set of inputs and a submit. Sole-proprietor users answer a few questions, confirm a mobile number, and submit. In both cases the submission itself takes seconds.
Clicking submit in 30 seconds does not mean you are approved in 30 seconds. Carrier review through TCR takes 10 to 15 business days for both legal-entity and sole-proprietor submissions. That window is set by the carriers. Plan around it by launching calling and email first, with SMS queued to flip on the day approval lands.
If you need more headroom, register as a legal entity. The submission is still short and the approval window is the same.
Fast registration is a product problem. Fast approval is a carrier problem. Good software is honest about which is which.
Covent makes the part you control take seconds, and is upfront about the part the carriers control.

Most teams treat spam flags like a messaging problem. It usually starts earlier, with the number pool, rotation rules, and compliance guardrails behind the outreach.
